  4. Long Time Customer 5 Star Review

Posted by on 5th Sep 2016

Ticket to Read is great program for both an on grade level reader and a struggling reader. I have both. Tremendous help for my 2nd grader who needs the phonics and comprehension and my 4th grader who just needs to fine tune her comprehension strategies. Of course the club house is a great motivator.

  5. Best Program for Reading Practice! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 30th May 2016

My kids (ages 7 & 10) freely choose to do Ticket To Read almost daily and usually for an hour or more. They love it! I love that they are reading so much more every week than before, and even throughout summer!

  6. Our Children Can Read 5 Star Review

My children love tickettoread. However I love ticketoread because it is not just about reading but comprehension as well which is key in finding out whether your child actually understands the content they are reading.

  8. Very Engaging for Students 4 Star Review

Posted by on 2nd Dec 2015

This is my third year using Ticket to Read with my students. My students are very motivated to earn coins to decorate their clubhouses. My only complaints are about the repetitive video lessons and the fluency scoring. My students get very frustrated when they are expected to reread because they are reading too quickly. I have listened to them read...they are reading with appropriate fluency. I wish I could just disconnect the fluency.

  9. Great Product 5 Star Review

Posted by on 8th Nov 2015

Ticket to Read had been great for my family. My kindergartner was enrolled through school. My 4th grader enjoyed helping her and could have used some reading enrichment himself, so I bought it for him. He is doing so much better on his reading assignments. No matter how much homework he has, he is always wanting to complete at least one Ticket to Read passage a day. It's great to see him excited about reading something other that Captain Underpants or Diary of a Wimpy Kid!!
