Jeanine Clancy-Menchetti, Ph.D.

Jeanine Clancy-Menchetti, Ph.D., has worked for the past 10 years as the project manager on numerous large-scale randomized controlled trial studies examining the emergent literacy and language skills of preschool students at risk of reading difficulties. Previously she worked with researchers Patricia Mathes and Joseph Torgesen coordinating two federally funded, large-scale research projects in the development and implementation of reading interventions and accompanying curricular materials designed to prevent reading failure in public schools. Clancy-Menchetti has been a project evaluator on federally funded model demonstration projects, an education coordinator at an adult activity center, a special education teacher, and a work adjustment specialist.
